Projects include: A commercial retail and office complex in Cincecitta Due, Rome, Italy; the Tower of Liberation in Kuwait; shopping plazas in Oxnard, Los Angeles, and Palmdale, California; a business park in San Diego, California. Retail stores in California include Adray's, Grand Havana Cigar Lounge, Escada; hotels - Marina Beach Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Hotel Sofitel, and Ritz Carlton hotels. Various other commercial projects involve restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Japanese) and fast food outlets in shopping center malls. Miscellaneous projects of note include the BBC night club in London: Giggles, and Utopia in California.
